Terms of service
The rules for buying a ticket on tal3at, and for listing an event on it.

What tal3at is
tal3at is a ticketing service for events and outings in Jordan. Events are created and run by independent organizers. We sell and deliver the ticket; we are not the organizer, the venue, or the promoter, unless an event says we are. By buying a ticket or listing an event, you agree to these terms.
Buying a ticket
Prices are set by the organizer and shown in Jordanian dinars. When you check out, we hold your seats for a limited time while you pay. If your payment doesn't reach us before the hold expires, the seats are released back to the event and your order is cancelled. You'll need to start again.
Paying
Most orders are paid by CliQ transfer to the alias shown at checkout. You send the transfer, then upload the reference and a screenshot as proof. A person on our team matches it by hand and confirms your order, usually within a few hours, not instantly. Your ticket is issued only after that confirmation.
Where card payment is offered, it is handled by our payment processor and confirmed automatically. Never send money to any account or alias other than the one shown to you at checkout. We will never ask you to pay somewhere else, and we can't recover money sent elsewhere.
Your ticket
Each ticket carries a QR code, and each QR code admits one entry. Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Anyone holding the QR code image can use it to get in, so don't post it publicly or share it with people you don't trust. We are not responsible for entry lost to a ticket you shared. A QR code that has already been scanned will be refused.
At the door
Entry is subject to the organizer's and the venue's rules, including any minimum age, which is shown on the event page. You may be asked for ID. The organizer may refuse entry under their own rules; if that happens, take it up with them. Whether a refund applies is covered under Changes, cancellations and refunds below.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
If an organizer cancels an event, you get a full refund. Refunds are processed by hand, the same way you paid. Any other refund is at the organizer's discretion until 48 hours before the event. Message us on WhatsApp at +962 78 620 3353 with your order number.
If you list an event
You are responsible for running your event as advertised, for the accuracy of your listing, and for the content (text, images, and video) you upload, including having the right to use it. Don't list anything illegal, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights; we can remove a listing that does, and cancel its tickets.
You'll see the name, WhatsApp number, and email of every buyer on your event. Use them for that event only. Payouts are made after the event, for confirmed sales, less the platform fee agreed with us.
Acceptable use
Don't try to defraud buyers, organizers, or us. Don't use bots or scripts to buy tickets, scrape the site, or work around ticket limits or promo-code rules. Don't try to break, overload, or get unauthorised access to the service. We can suspend an account or cancel an order for any of this.
Our responsibility
We work to keep tal3at running, but we provide it as-is and can't promise it will never be unavailable. We are not responsible for the event itself. What happens there is the organizer's responsibility. Where we are liable to you, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected ticket. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not let us exclude.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. If you keep using tal3at afterwards, the updated terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction. Questions go to the Contact page.
